Sacred Dominance and submission Workshop – San Francisco, Feb 21st, 9:30 am-12:30; or 1:30 – 4:30pm. Dominance and submission is a path, not a destination. It is an archetypal ideal that can be approached, but not perfectly attained. The embodiment of Dominance is about leadership, vision, integrity, accountability, responsibility, blessing, protecting, wisdom and more. The embodiment of submission is about service, devotion, surrender and more. Like any mythic, heroic journey there is tumult, doubt, fear, betrayal, villains, thieves, and mystery to encounter along the way, as well as glory, love, joy, respect, healing, intimacy, connection, ecstasy and Eros. Dominance and submission is also an inner journey. You will find everything within you that is unresolved about your Dominance or submission, will keep showing up. The tumult you experience externally on this path, reflects the tumult within your own psyche. There is no escaping the unfinished business of our pasts. Without a compass or foundation, it is easy to get lost or stuck along the way. With the right ones for you, this path can become one of learning, healing and expanding the sacred truth of who you are. For men and women who have already begun their journey as an Erotic or Lifestyle Dominant or submissive or are curious to understand what it might mean to, this workshop will offer tools to help you develop insights to embody your own personally sacred practice of Dominance and submission. This is complex and highly nuanced material. How much depth is covered for each topic, in a 3 hour workshop, will vary. Variables can be the nature of the participant’s collective experience and intention, or a branch of the material presented may suddenly open up for the group and it becomes the focus of the time we have together. But it will give you the opportunity to start the journey and process of looking at how you want to bring what is sacred to you, into your D/s relationships.
