On the "Daddy on boy tribe" some people expressed their opinion, that when you´re young you are a boy and then later you grow up to be a Daddy.
Do you think it comes that natural? Would you have a Daddy that is younger than you or vice versa?
I think another big aspect here is money. Does Mommy/Daddy/whoteva have to be able to buy you your candy?

Re: age?
Thu, September 30, 2004 - 11:53 AMNaw, I don't think one ages naturally into a role. Roles are chosen, or at least taken on as a supplement to one's core personality by definition.
There are plenty of 50 year old gay men (and others) who want to continue being boys. And plenty of male and female daddies under 30. It might take a moment of mental recalibration, but I'd totally have a daddy of whatever gender and anything over 18, if I felt hot to be their boy/girl.
Age, a beard, money, etc. are just helpful props for the daddy role, same as big boots, a thick belt, any of those. The core of role-playing is an interaction between 2 or more people, a mutually agreed-upon modification of reality. -

Thu, September 30, 2004 - 12:45 PMI wholeheartedly claim the full spectrum of possible changes and choices you can make concerning gender, age, race, species, class, size and whatever - by performing, dressing up, roleplay, drag...
glitter the world! Nothing is set up!

Re: age?
Fri, May 12, 2006 - 10:39 AMYup I guess so but I couldn;t break dance or pretend to like Rap or pretend to be more flexible than i am - in theory a 60 year-old could be a kid (he/she probably is inside) and a 18 year old could be Granny, but truth is the 18 year old is probably energetic, flexible and has stamina, the 60 year old is stiff, slow, sensual and extremely grateful!

Re: age?
Fri, May 12, 2006 - 10:57 AMMy Daddy is 27....and I am very occasionally known to be a 25 year old Mommy.
But then, we're twisted folks.
As I've said before, Daddy is more about energy, responsibility, protection, and love to me than an age...and I assume those that have called me Mommy (all older than myself) would believe the same thing.
Blessings,

Sat, May 13, 2006 - 9:52 AMall of my lovers are older than myself
and when they play a younger person,
that is ::exactly:: how i see them.
and by the way, you'd be surprised! by how flexible and energetic
a person becomes in role play when they really ought to be
"old and stiff". -

Re: age?
Mon, May 22, 2006 - 3:17 PMI think there's a fairly common propensity to associate age with parent/child roles, but I don't think that it's in any way a limiting factor.
